Ingredients:
2 and 1/8 cups flour
1 1/3 cups sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter, room temp
1/2 cup maraschino cherry juice

Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9 by 13 inch cake pan or 1/4 sheet pan.
  • Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  • Beat the butter to creamy first, then SLOWLY add milk, then cherries and juice.
  • Add them to dry ingredients. Beat mixture for 2 minutes.
